Good Order Cleaning
Privacy policy
This policy explains what we collect when you request a quote, why we collect it, who may process it on our behalf, how long we keep it, and how you can ask us to access, correct, or delete it.
Effective: 2026-08-20 · Last updated: 2026-08-21
1. Who we are
Good Order Cleaning is a cleaning company serving Lakewood Ranch, Parrish, Bradenton, and Sarasota, Florida, with additional communities considered according to route availability, travel, access, and scheduling. You can reach us at info@goodordercleaning.com or (941) 352-9082.
2. Information we collect and where it comes from
Almost everything we hold comes directly from you, through the quote form, email, phone, or text. The quote form may ask for:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- Service address, ZIP code, or service area
- Requested service
- Property size
- Bedrooms and bathrooms
- Property-condition information
- Pets
- Cleaning-product preferences
- Flooring
- Access or parking notes that are not credentials
- Requested date
- Your message
- Optional operational photos
Our website and hosting also record standard technical information such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request.
What the quote form never asks for. Do not send us door codes, alarm codes, lockbox combinations, complete payment-card information, bank-account information, government identification, social security numbers, medical information, unnecessary information about children, unrelated photographs of personal documents or private property through this website. Access instructions are arranged directly with you after booking and should never be submitted through this website. Property-access details are arranged after the service type, scope, and schedule have been confirmed. Do not submit alarm codes, gate codes, lockbox combinations, door codes, key instructions, or other sensitive access credentials through the public quote form.
Payment information. The public quote form does not collect card numbers, bank details, or any other payment data. Good Order does not store raw card numbers or bank-account numbers in its own application database. Payment details are handled directly by the payment processor.
3. Why we use it
- To respond to your request and answer questions
- To determine whether the work is something we can serve
- To prepare a flat-rate quote
- To schedule, coordinate, and perform requested cleaning services
- To keep records of quotes, jobs, payments, and communications
- To maintain and improve the website and prevent spam or abuse
- To meet legal, tax, accounting, and insurance obligations
Good Order does not sell your personal information for money. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
4. Who may receive your information
We are not able to say that information is never shared. It may be disclosed to the active service providers we need for hosting, forms, communications, scheduling, payments, accounting, screening, insurance, legal compliance, and service fulfillment.
- Lovable (hosting and delivery): Website hosting and delivery, including standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and the pages requested.
- Formspree (quote-form delivery): Quote-form handling and lead delivery: receives the information you submit through the quote form so we can respond to your request.
- Google Workspace: Business email: stores and delivers the email correspondence between you and Good Order.
- Hosting analytics (Lovable platform, Tinybird): Hosting analytics: our website host loads its own measurement script on every page. It creates a short-lived session identifier and records the page you viewed, the referring website, your browser and language, a country inferred from your device time zone, and page-performance measurements. It is not used for advertising and we cannot switch it off from the site code.
The independent cleaning professionals coordinated by Good Order receive only the information needed to perform your job, such as the service address, access notes, and scope.
We may also disclose information when required by law, to enforce our agreements, or to protect the rights and safety of people or property.
5. Cookies, analytics, and campaign attribution
Hosting analytics. Our website host loads its own measurement script (/~flock.js) on every page of this site, and sends the events it collects to Tinybird, the analytics service the host uses. We do not control this script and cannot turn it off from the website code. It creates a short-lived session identifier (named session-id, valid for about 30 minutes) so repeat page views in one visit can be counted together, and it records:
- The page path and full URL you viewed
- The website or link that referred you
- Your browser and device user-agent string and browser language
- A country inferred from your device time zone
- Page-performance measurements (Core Web Vitals such as load and responsiveness timings)
This is used to measure site traffic and performance. It is not used for advertising, and the name, phone number, email address, street address, and free-text details you type into the quote form are not sent to it. You can block it with a browser content blocker or privacy setting without losing access to the site.
Other analytics and advertising. Beyond the hosting analytics described above, this website does not load advertising pixels, tag managers, or session-recording tools.
When you arrive from a link or ad, we store the campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term), the first page you landed on, and the referring website. This is kept in your browser for the current session only and is submitted with your quote request. Closing your browser clears it.
6. Communications: email, text, and marketing
- We use email for quote, scheduling, access, service, payment, and issue-resolution messages related to your request or account.
- Promotional text messaging is not in use. Consent to marketing is never bundled into a quote submission, never pre-checked, and is never a condition of purchasing cleaning services.
- Any marketing email we send identifies Good Order accurately and includes a working way to opt out.
7. Photos
- Cleaning professionals may take photos of work areas for quality review and, for rentals, for owner reporting. Photos focus on surfaces and rooms, not people.
- Routine service photos are kept for 180 days after the service and deleted earlier when no longer operationally necessary.
- Using a photo for marketing requires your separate written authorization. Authorizing a cleaning service is not marketing-photo consent.
- Tell us if you prefer no photos at all and we will note it on your account.
8. How long we keep information
- Quote requests that do not become jobs: 24 months after the last meaningful interaction. Deleted or anonymized after that period unless you remain subscribed through a valid marketing permission.
- Customer, invoice, and transaction records: 7 years after the last transaction or account closure. Limited to what is reasonably needed for accounting, tax, dispute, compliance, and relationship-history purposes.
- Routine operational service photos: 180 days after the service. Deleted earlier when no longer operationally necessary. De-identified quality metrics may be kept separately. Marketing use requires separate written authorization; authorizing service is not marketing-photo consent.
- Damage, claim, and chargeback evidence: Until final resolution plus 3 years. Access is restricted, and incident notes and evidence integrity are preserved while a matter is open.
- Access codes and alarm instructions: Only while operationally required. Removed or rotated when service ends, access changes, or you request a supported change.
- Marketing suppression and opt-out records: As long as reasonably necessary to honor the opt-out. You are not re-added without new valid consent.
9. Security and access controls
- Access to customer records is limited to the people who need it to quote, schedule, deliver, invoice, or resolve an issue for your job.
- Access instructions are arranged directly with you after booking and should never be submitted through this website. Only the cleaning professional assigned to your confirmed appointment is given what is needed to enter.
- Raw card and bank-account numbers are not stored in Good Order’s own systems.
- No system is perfectly secure, so we do not promise that a breach can never happen.
10. Making a privacy request
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@goodordercleaning.com with your request and the name and phone number you used when contacting us. Our operating standard is to respond within 45 days, with one additional 15-day period when reasonably necessary. Good Order provides notice when an extension is reasonably necessary. This is Good Order’s operating response standard; it does not state that any particular statutory privacy right applies to you. We may need to keep certain records where the law requires it.
11. Children
This website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. The quote process should not knowingly collect a child’s personal information; please do not send it to us.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this policy as our tools and practices change. When we do, the effective and last-updated dates above change with it. Questions can be sent to info@goodordercleaning.com. See also our Terms of use and Service policy.
