How it works

A clear process from quote to follow-up

See what to share, what Good Order confirms, and what happens after service.

From first message to the finished clean

The same four steps apply whether it’s a two-bedroom condo or an office suite.

  1. 01

    Property review

Send the property size, service frequency, timing, and details such as pets, parking, or delicate surfaces. If photos would help us price the work, we’ll ask for them after reviewing your request.

  2. 02

    Written plan and quote

Most homes and rentals can be quoted from the submitted details. Commercial properties begin with a walkthrough, followed by a written cleaning plan and flat-rate quote.

    Your clean, clearly planned

    Example cleaning plan

    Kitchen
    • Kitchen countertops and backsplash cleaned
    • Sink and faucet cleaned
    Bathrooms
    • Toilets, tubs, showers, sinks, counters, faucets, and fixtures cleaned
    • Accessible tile and bathroom mirrors cleaned
    Living areas
    • Reachable horizontal surfaces, shelves, décor, ledges, and furniture dusted
    • Carpets, rugs, and accessible floor edges vacuumed

Final scope, selected extras, and flat-rate price are confirmed before service.

  3. 03

    Confirmed schedule

We confirm the date or service window before each visit and assign a consistent team whenever scheduling allows.

  4. 04

    Service and customer follow-up

The service follows the agreed cleaning plan and applicable checklist. Rental turnovers include a photo report. Tell us how the visit went. If something was missed, contact Good Order and describe the concern. We review it against your agreed cleaning plan and work out the right resolution with you.

Property access

How entry is handled

Property-access details are arranged after the service type, scope, and schedule have been confirmed. Do not submit alarm codes, gate codes, lockbox combinations, door codes, key instructions, or other sensitive access credentials through the public quote form.

After confirmation, entry is arranged separately and the cleaner receives only the information needed for that visit.
